We have appointed Brown & Wallace Surveyors (B&W) to carry out stock condition surveys of a portion of Association properties between May and October this year.
You may receive a letter from B&W asking for access to your home. We would be grateful for your support in allowing access as these surveys help us plan and improve our future maintenance programmes.
The survey:
- Is non‑invasive (no drilling or disruption)
- Takes around 30 minutes
- Helps us make sure your home is maintained to a good standard
All surveyors will:
- Carry official B&W and OTHA photo ID
- Wear B&W branded clothing
