Landscaping

We're pleased to let you know that from this week onwards, Robert and his team will be sharing a fortnightly work plan outlining the areas they'll be working in across our estates.

This plan will help keep homeowners informed about upcoming ground maintenance activitity.

You can view the latest plan on the news board section of our website, where it will be updated every two weeks with the proposed areas for:

Grass cutting

Shrub maintenance

Litter picking

Bulk uplift and general estate tidying

The work plan is dependant on weather conditions and available staffing so changes may occasionally be necessary.  We'll do our best to keep you informed of any significant updates.

We'd be grateful if you could help share this update with other homeowners who many not be online regularly.  We want everyone to know where to find this information and what to expect from our landscaping service.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to maintain and improve our shared spaces.

How often do I receive a landscaping invoice?

Our Landscaped Owners are invoiced yearly, and invoices come out every May.

What period does my landscaping invoice cover?

The current invoice's cover the service period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

What has changed with the landscaping service?

Following the permanent introduction of the Association's in-house landscaping service, a further review of the service has been undertaken across all factored areas. This gives us more flexibility to respond quickly and maintain standards.

Why has my charge increased/decreased?

Charges have been updated following a review to match the amount of work required in each development.

What did the review cover?

The review looked at the frequency and time associated with grass cutting, edging, hedge maintenance, litter picking, and weed control.

We have used actual costs from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 in order to calculate your charge based on the above data.

Why is my area more expensive?

Each area is different, and charges reflect the size, layout, and level of maintenance required in each development.

Can the service be altered?

We regularly review the service and can respond to feedback, but maintenance levels are set based on what each area needs.

How can I make payment for my invoice?
