The Association will shortly be preparing the report to the Management Committee on the rent and service charge increase from 1st April 2026. It is very important that you have your say, to affect the decision taken. The proposed increase is 4.6%. The income from rent pays for the Association to carry out the landlord services that we provide to you and for your home to be maintained, now and in the future. Tenants’ views on our services and where we should spend our resources have been taken into account in drawing up our budget. We are now looking for feedback on the rent increase, which will affect the majority of tenants.
