Office Closure - Staff Training

Due to Staff Training, Oak Tree Housing Association will open at 2pm on Wednesday 5th November 2025.  

If you need to report an emergency repair, please call our office on 01475 807001, listen to the message and select the appropriate option.  You will then be transferred to the Emergency Repairs Contractor.  

For non-urgent repairs, please log a repair request via our Customer Portal or by contacting our Repairs Team on 01475 807001 during our office opening hours.  Non-urgent repairs logged via our customer portal will be addressed when our staff return.

Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) 2024-25 info now available. 

As a Social Landlord we are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and are required to meet a number of outcomes and standards as laid out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. These are then reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator in our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).
