If you can’t pay your rent or you have difficulties paying, please call us straight away. We understand that everyone can have money problems from time to time and struggle to pay their bills.
We can provide advice, information, and support to help you through any difficulties you are facing. If we can’t help we will signpost you to people who can.
If you find yourself falling behind with your rent, it’s important you work with us to deal with the situation.
Remember paying your rent is not an option - it is a condition of your tenancy agreement that you pay your rent on time. Even if you receive Housing Benefit to cover all or part of your rent, it is still your responsibility to make sure it is paid to us.

If you fall behind with your rent payments contact us as soon as you can. It is really important you take action immediately by paying what you owe or contacting us to discuss the matter.
We can speak to you on the telephone or come to visit you at home at a time suitable for you (we even offer appointments up to 6pm on week nights).
